Our preschool program has been developed to create an environment where children develop positive attitudes and behaviors for learning that they will sustain for the rest of their life. We offer a safe and fun environment where your child will learn social/emotional, physical, and cognitive skills that will give him or her a leading edge during their formative school years.

Tender Years’ preschool program follows the Utah guidelines for Pre-Kindergarten students. Our curriculum is taught through the use of themes which include a range of child friendly concepts such as farm animals, dinosaurs, community helpers, senses, self-concepts, time, and holiday seasons. Within these themes, we integrate the content areas of math, reading, writing, music, and art.

Our program coordinator is a certified elementary educator with a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education and a Minor in Mathematics from the University of Utah. Prior to Tender Years, she taught second and third grade for five years in the Granite School District.

Pre-Kindergarten Program
Students must be 4 years old by September 1st and be fully potty trained.
The program runs Monday – Friday 8:45 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
Breakfast and lunch are included.

Preschool Program
Students must be 3 years old by September 1st and be fully potty trained.
The program runs Monday, Wed, and Friday 8:45 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
